So you should avoid things like sweets and start consuming more fresh fruits.
And third but the most important thing is to start exercising. This is a big problem in the entire world. People are preoccupied with their work and they forget how important is to be physically active. This is an obligation to your body, you will feel much better. It is not necessary to train some sports. You can run or even walk half an hour before going to sleep every day, and this will do miracles for you. This can really help to cure migraine.
